By purchasing a Summer Aura hair package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Requirements

  • Clients must arrive with their hair already cornrowed/prepped for installation.
  • Clients must bring their foundation to their appointment.
  • Failure to arrive with hair properly prepared may result in delays or cancellation of the appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Any request to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice will result in cancellation of the appointment.
  • In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, full payment for the hair package will still be required.

We offer the following payment options:

6x6 Closure Units

  • 6x6 Full Payment
  • 6x6 First Instalment Payment (50%)
  • 6x6 Second Instalment Payment (remaining balance)

13x6 Frontal Units

  • 13x6 Full Payment
  • 13x6 First Instalment Payment (50%)
  • 13x6 Second Instalment Payment (remaining balance)

For clients choosing the instalment option:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and appointment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before your appointment date.
  • Orders and appointment slots are not secured until the first instalment/payment has been received.

Refund Policy

  • All payments, including deposits and instalment payments, are strictly non-refundable.
  • Due to the custom nature of our ethically sourced and professionally coloured Vietnamese raw hair, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made.
