When will my order be processed?

Upon receiving your payment, we will initiate a thorough verification process that typically takes 7 days. Once completed, we will promptly proceed with shipping your order.

How long can I get my order?

Please note that our standard shipping time frame is estimated to be within 7-21 business days. However, if you have opted for a custom hair colour, additional time may be required to achieve the desired result. Similarly, if you have ordered a wig, please anticipate a longer manufacturing timeframe to ensure the utmost attention to detail in creating your perfect piece. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering the highest quality goods in a timely manner.

Orders will be shipped by DHL Mail & Royal Mail. Please allow between 14 and 30 working days for delivery Sometimes less depending on what you’ve ordered. KLARNA orders do take 7 days longer due to payment processing times. Tracking information will be provided once the goods have been dispatched.

Please ensure you place your order well in advance to guarantee it will arrive by your desired date.

What are your Shipping Rates?

What shipping options are available?

We provide shipping services through DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail. You will receive information regarding the specific courier handling your order once you receive your tracking details.

Can you ship internationally or to a P.O. Box?

We offer worldwide shipping, however, please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO). Kindly provide a physical address for your order.
